Very helpful and approachable host- helped with some teething issues with cleanliness and toiletries.
This was not a great start, but the host was very helpful and rectified things next day
It is a lovely property but needs some attention to maintenance of a decent quality

The stay was truly special. The villa offers breathtaking views and has direct access to one of the calmest and most beautiful beaches I’ve ever experienced in Cyprus. The house itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Beyond the facilities, what made the stay exceptional was the owner. extremely kind, always available, and genuinely attentive to every need, making us feel warmly cared for throughout our time there.
The only downside was the presence of small ants in the swimming pool, which at times was frustrating. the owner did everything possible to help us remotely, including arranging two visits from an exterminator, showing true dedication to ensuring our comfort.

Idyllic house in an idyllic location. We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday at Ilios Akti, the house is very nice and had all we needed but it's the outside space which really has the wow factor. The outdoor seating and day bed are lovely & comfortable, sun loungers in the garden including on a deck which catches the evening sun. We ate all our meals sitting on the patio & the way the bifolds open up the living room to outdoors facilitates it feeling like one space.
Having the beach at the bottom of the garden meant we could just head down to swim in the sea anytime, the little pool was fab for a cool down.
We could walk to Latchi marina in about 20 minutes and up to Polis in around 40 mins which we did in the evenings to go out for dinner. (head torches useful if walking from Polis in the dark) taxis easy to get but we enjoyed walking.
