years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Haus, Garten und Pool sind schön. Allerdings ist die Straße genau am Garten vorbei vielbefahren und laut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist schön und Latchi ist in Laufentfernung.
Leider hatten wir zeitweise sehr laute Nachbarn.
