Great location. Gardens had plenty of different seating areas. Pool entertained children for hours.
Kitchen had everything you require for cooking.

Everything. Very good place, all necessary facilities, the area is gorgeous, perfect. Very close to a wonderful beach, beautiful gardern! The villa is very comfortable.
The villa is not new, a few minor issues but this is reflected in the price, very good value for money.
A UK travel agency is in charge of the booking, their involvement was awful. 1. Spammed with emails to do an online checkin and passport details of all guests a week in advance (due to covid of course). The property is in Cyprus and we live in Cyprus so not everybody confirmed that early in advance, but they were relentless sending me a few emails a day insisting on immediate check in 2. Gave wrong driving instructions, wrong address and wrong code to the mailbox to get the key. Luckily the guy answered the phone on a Cyprus emergency number, otherwise we would have been in trouble. It took us more than an hour to find the place and it got dark by then...

Great location: 3-min walk from a very quiet beach, far from the crowds. Very green garden, nice and shady. The terrace is in the shade all day which makes it very pleasant at all times.
Building is a bit old but this is totally trumped by all the benefits.

When you pay for a villa so much money it is unbelievable that the air condition in the kitchen living groom dining area will be extra money. This trick commercial to show the rental 60 euro less is ridiculous. In addition the pool was not clean as it was described they only used tablets instead hoover ( vacuum ) the dirt from the bottom. Some door handles where broken , the a/c 's in the bedrooms are very old and slow to take the appropriate temp , the fridge needed 2 days in order to freeze our products , it was not able to cool the water bottles. Same with the oven and kitchen ,it took us too long to cook . Overall the villa needs some attention from the owners installing new electric devices.
On the day of our departure even if the departure is until 10:00 the cleaning lady was on our veranda throwing our stuff in the garage so she can clean the area. When we talked her she was very frustrating saying that she is alone and she must clean the house before midday. This was at 08:00 in the morning, we couldn't even have a coffee. Keep in mind that check in is at 16:30 her behavior was unacceptable and we left the house in a very bad mood.
