Villa Kleoniki

The size of the property was decent. Location was great as it’s only a few minutes to the beach and it was only 10 mins walk from La Plag restaurant and beach. If you continue on another 10 minutes walk you reach Latchi where there numerous Bars, Shops and Restaurants.

We had a couple of issues with the property. One of the bathroom cistern wasn’t filling and the Aircon unit in the same bedroom starting leaking water quite badly. However on both occasions these were repaired. Only complaint was with the Aircon unit that it took 2 days to fix. This led to two nights without it and it was very uncomfortable due to the temperature in the room. This wouldn’t stop me from returning as the matters were dealt with. Overall the property is a bit dated but is good value for money.

Difficult to find in the dark

De ligging is fantastisch, en de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een airco, helaas is er geen sterke airco in de woonkamer waardoor het ‘s avonds erg warm was wanneer je even tv wilde kijken. Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft goede afmetingen, water is schoon en iedere week kwam er iemand de boel nakijken en bijvullen.

Very well located 200meters from a beatiful beach and 5 min drive from polis and from “best beach” latchi. Nicely equiped one level cozy house with nice veranda by the pool looking at the sea.

All is functionable and in order. Some materials worn out or old style but this is not a luxurious but a very well equiped and cozy place to stay with family
