Enjoy a private pool (heating available), elevator, ocean + Intracoastal views, a game lounge, and a putting green, just a 3 minute walk to the sand. Linens and beach towels included, plus a 6-seat golf cart available to rent!
The space
Start your morning with coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and Intracoastal, spend the afternoon between the beach and the pool, and end the day with grilling, shuffleboard, and a night in. Every bedroom is a private king or bunk suite with its own bath, so the whole group can gather together and still have their own space.

🏠 Guests have the entire home across all three levels, including all five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, both living areas, the kitchen, and all outdoor spaces.
Other things to note
- 📅 Memorial Day to Labor Day: 7-night minimum, Saturday to Saturday check-in/check-out.
- 🪪 Primary renter must be at least 26 years old. No exceptions.
- 🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including decks and balconies.
- 🐾 Up to 2 dogs welcome at $150 per dog. Ask about additional dogs.
- 🎉 Parties and events are by special request only. Please message us before booking with the occasion, expected headcount (including visitors who aren’t staying overnight), and timing. Events held without prior written approval are not permitted.
- 🏊 Pool heating is available March through October for $100/night and must be purchased for the full length of your stay. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Heating is not available November through February, since the heat pump can’t keep up in cooler weather. The pool remains open unheated.
- 🛺 Our 6-seat street-legal golf cart is available to rent for your full stay. Peak season (Apr–Sep): $100/day for 1–5 nights, $550 for 6–7 nights, plus $75/night after 7. Off season (Oct–Mar): $60/day. A signed golf cart rental agreement, driver’s license photos, and payment are required before the lockbox code is shared. Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
