Oceanview, pet friendly, heated private pool, and private beach access

We were there the week after July 4th. The island was very crowded. It was wonderful to have our own beach spot right across the street, it was super convenient. One comment about the ocean, at high tide you run out of beach, the water comes all the way up to the foot of the drop off, so keep a close eye on the time charts. You can move up to the top of the drop off but then the sand blows on you. Also the city has strict rules about umbrellas and cabanas be sure to read up. The pool was a nice size for our two grand children and they loved going back and forth. Communication with the host was outstanding, if I had a question she was right there with a response. Every bedroom having its own bath was a great feature. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, the breeze from the ocean made it a delightful spot to be with the family. I can highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location and the ocean view was very good. The pool was very convenient being in the backyard and the kids loved it. The house itself was roomy and having a restroom for every bedroom helped with a large crowd.

What a fun week!! Great beach access, and plenty of room on the beach. The pool was the perfect size for volleyball. Well stocked kitchen for a crowd. Loved the individual towel packs for each person.Kitchen table was great for many game nights and the front porch was enjoyed every morning for coffee and afternoon evening. Communication with the owner was extraordinary.

Thehouse was average. It’s dated and dirty. The air filters were filthy. The ac vents, and most things metal were corroded. The stove was dirty. The bath mats were faded and stained with Clorox. The front door was filthy as were all windows, which obstructed the view. And I even gave consideration that pets are allowed. Location, ocean view and size of house were all excellent.
