About this house rental
Ideally located 5 minutes from the Swiss border (Croix-de-Rozon customs), at the foot of the Salève, the house offers you a privileged location to discover Geneva and its lake, Switzerland, Annecy and the Alps.
Enjoy a quiet stay between town and mountain in this new house with modern services, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
2 private parking spaces in front of the house (reinforced electrical outlet to recharge the car)
The house offers you a large and bright living space comprising:
- a friendly living room with access to a garden without vis-à-vis and with a dominant view of the Jura,
- a large kitchen with island, open and fully equipped perfect for sharing moments with family or friends.
You will also have 3 spacious bedrooms and a large contemporary bathroom as well as a toilet on the first floor.
Pas pet friendly (this is my second home and I am allergic to pet hair).
The house is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Smokers must smoke outside the house.
