1. HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT
The Guest agrees to adhere to the following house rules at all times:

a) Makeup and Towel
Do not remove makeup with white towels. Use makeup removing wipes instead.
Violation may result in replacement fees.

b) Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit.
Violation Fee: $500.00

c) Parties and Events
Parties and events are not permitted.
Violation Fee: Starting at $500.00

d) Key/ Key Fob Responsibility
Guest must return the key/ Key fob upon checkout.
Lost Key/ Key Fob Replacement Fee: $250.00 (Guest is responsible for payment)

e) No Pets
No pets are allowed in the unit under any circumstances.
Violation: Reservation will be canceled immediately and charged a $500.00 fee.

f) No Eating on Furniture
No eating is permitted on the couch or upholstered furniture.
Any stains, damages, or repairs resulting from violations will incur a repair/replacement fee assessed at cost.

g) Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy
Early Check-In: An additional fee of $50.00+ will be applied.
Late Check-Out: An additional fee of $75.00+ will be applied.
Unauthorized Late Check-Out: You will be charged $30.00 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that was not discussed prior.
If you need early check-in or late check-out, please discuss this with management prior so we can make necessary arrangements that are convenient for everyone.
All early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

h) Guest Occupancy Registration
All guests that are occupying the unit during your stay must be added to your reservation.
Failure to disclose all occupants may result in additional fees or canceled reservation.

I) Free Guest Parking Policy
Guest are allowed free parking for 1 vehicle only
Any additional vehicles must pay for parking
If guest does not follow the parking instructions provided in their checkin instructions, and accrue a fee due to not following specific instructions, the guest is solely responsible for any fees they may accrue.

2. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
The Guest is responsible for any damage to the property caused during the rental period and agrees to pay all applicable repair and replacement costs. Normal wear and tear excepted.
