🛏️ Child Safety Notice

This is a high-rise unit with large windows and is not child-proofed. Guests bringing children must supervise at all times.



🔑 Key Fob Security Deposit



• A $100 fully refundable security deposit is required for key fob use. This must be completed before check-in.

• The deposit is returned within 1 to 2 business days after checkout once the key fob is confirmed returned.

• Valid proof of return is required. Please submit a clear photo or video showing the key fob returned successfully.

• Lost or unreturned fob: $350 replacement fee
