Completely renovated, this 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat sleeps 7, offering access to all-sports Long Lake w/ 2 main access points within an 8-10 minute drive! 15 minutes to downtown Traverse, surrounded by wineries, golf courses & restaurants, our lower unit features 4 cozy beds, updated kitchen w/ high-end appliances, patio bar, fire pit, & a huge tree-lined property to explore. Enjoy the best of TC in this spacious & centrally located getaway!
Please note: This is the lower unit of our duplex. *There may be someone booked in the upper unit during your stay.* Have a large group or booking with another family? Please reach out to Emily to reserve both units!
Lake access: We do not have direct access to long lake from the house. There are 2 access points on Long Lake. The access points are an 8-10 minute drive around the lake from the house. See the additional photos with a photo of the map and access points. The first access point is Taylor Park. The second access point is Gilbert Park/Beach.

PET RULES: 1 Dog Maximum. Dog must be leashed, potty trained & cannot go on neighbor's property. Please mark the pet in your reservation. $100 pet cleaning fee.
