Gorgeous 2014 custom waterfront home with 91 feet of sandy-bottom frontage on all-sports Green Lake. Showcasing stunning lake views, it features an open layout and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light. Inside, enjoy the warmth of a beautiful fireplace. Outside, a 100' private dock awaits your next adventure. Located just 10 minutes from Traverse City and near Interlochen Arts Academy, this is the perfect up north retreat and launching pad for unforgettable Michigan memories!
Smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. Guests will typically check in and spend the duration of their stay without seeing us. We are available 24/7 by text or phone should you have any needs or requests.

You’ll love the open-concept living space with a cozy fireplace, plus a back porch with a quality 375 Jacuzzi Hot Tub and fire pit right on Green Lake—complete with kayaks, a paddle boards, dock, and boat lift. The perfect family getaway!
We have Reverse Osmosis water...no need to buy/bring bottled water - you will have the highest quality filtered water right at the kitchen sink!
We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!
We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.
The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $50/pet. We do have some pet rules that we ask you to abide by.
- House broken pets only.
- Please crate pet if you leave your pet home alone.
- Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

protection is a $40 guest insurance fee and covers you for
accidental damages during your stay.
