About this house rental
Just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City, this 2164 sq. ft. home has towering hardwoods, large backyard, stone fireplace, open floor plan w/lofted ceilings, hot tub, AC, fire pit, & a pool table. This home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and festivities of Traverse City! Explore wine country, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Long Lake, Twin Lakes Park, & more! This comfortable home is the perfect launching pad for all your adventures up north! 36 min. to ski Crystal!
You will have a unique passcode for your stay. I am available by phone or text.
The house is nestled on a one acre lot, surrounded by trees. It is difficult to see neighboring homes with the large wooded yard. There is a short but steep driveway off of Cedar Run Rd.
We have all new furniture, new furnace, humidifier, and A/C for the most comfortable stay. We have our favorite mattresses and favorite couch in this home! We hope you will enjoy them as well.

Lower Level: King Bedroom and Full Bathroom

We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $60 per pet. Here are some pet rules we ask you to abide by:
– Housebroken pets only
– Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone.
– Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
– Please keep pets off of furniture, beds , and carpeted bedrooms.
- Please wipe their paws off before coming into the house.
CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

I am very particular where I stay and it took me a long time to pick the right home for our girls trip. This home is SUPER CLEAN! It was also well stocked and the hosts were very communicative. It was the perfect spot for our wine tour getaway. I would hands down stay here again.

Everything about this property was perfect. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The booking and check-in process was effortless, the beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring the city. The little ones loved the books and toys that were available, which was such a thoughtful touch. The internet was fast and reliable too—we had no trouble connecting multiple devices and streaming our favorite shows. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Traverse City area.
