Set on 3 rolling acres, this beautifully restored farmhouse is a rare gem, offering peace, privacy, and a front-row seat to nature's finest show. This lakeside haven offers endless possibilities and unforgettable views. Come make your memories here, where life slows down and beauty surrounds you.
Smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. Guests will typically check in and spend the duration of their stay without seeing us. We are available 24/7 by text or phone should you have any needs or requests.
You will have the entire house to yourself!

Enjoy rejuvenating in the Hot Springs hot tub in the private backyard, relaxing on the deck with gorgeous lake views, and making memories kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating in the lake or around the campfire, swimming pool, big yard, and ping pong table.
In this house, we have our favorite mattresses, favorite hot tub, and our favorite ping-pong table. We love coming here to enjoy them and think you will too!
Our Reverse Osmosis water treatment system provides you with pure drinking water at the kitchen sink.
We partner with Shady Lane Cellars to provide you with "buy one, get one free" wine tasting and with Suttons Bay Bikes to give you 10% off e-bikes, bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tours. Many guests enjoy riding the Tart Trail to Shady Lane Cellars for wine tasting!
We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.
The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $60/pet. We do have some pet rules that we ask you to abide by.
- House broken pets only.
- Please crate pet if you leave your pet home alone.
- Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
We have a fenced in backyard perfect for your pet!
CANCELLATION POLICY (If using VRBO to book, please look carefully at this as it is not accurately represented by VRBO in the booking window.) Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). Fantastic place!! So clean, plenty of space for 8 of us. The fire pit and the hot tub were a nice bonus. Great place would definitely stay again!

Property was pet and kid friendly. It was very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of space and amenities were comfortable. The hot tub was well maintained. Although it was too cold to use the pool and kayaks, they seemed in good repair. Our family had a relaxing visit.

This place is exceptional! Great hosts and amazing house and property!! Well stocked with everything you need! No need to bring extra TP, paper towel, trash bags, etc., as they provide plenty. My family and dog were welcomed and it felt like a second home to us. It’s close to plenty of shopping and good restaurants.
