Everything was good. Only 2 things for feedback :
1. A little away from city centre, so be ready for round fare of 1-1.2k LKR.
2. BF menu is fixed but its not said specifically upfront. When we asked for more quantity, they provided us but also told that prices are so expensive for each item, how can they afford if people start eating more which was shocking. Hospitality and customer handling need to improve.

Nice and polite staff, a good breakfast, and an amazing view. There is a restaurant across the street that serves good food and also offers a stunning view.
The room was clean, spacious, and with good water pressure. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main street, where most of the bars and restaurants are located, but you can ask the staff to call a tuk-tuk, and one will be waiting for you at the reception within about 5 minutes.
There was nothing to complain about, we had a really good time right in the heart of Ella.

Good people. Helped us alot with tuk tuk . Substandard breakfast. The amount of money paid for the hotel and the facility we received was very disappointing. Paid for 2 nights however room cleaning will be done only once upon check in bt the amount paid for second day was the same as day 1. Thats was ridiculous. I even had to ask for the bottle water on day 2 and we were told to get it from the filter. Breakfast was below average. Not worth for the money paid for the room. U need a tuk tuk to get in and out of city. Disappointing stay
