Ella Inn

We had a fantastic stay at Ella Inn. It's in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, making it easy to explore Ella while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptional. Michael, Hari, and Sujee were always welcoming, polite, and incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious each morning, offering a great selection of fresh fruit, eggs cooked to your preference, and a variety of tasty local dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ella Inn to anyone visiting Ella. We would definitely stay here again.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to have the refrigerator on a separate electrical circuit. At the moment, it switches off when the key card is removed as you leave the room, so drinks and other items can't stay chilled while you're out.

This is in the best location so close to the main road. And Michael was so helpful and an absolute gentleman with the brightest smile. The laundry service across the road is brilliant also, so cheap.

The hot water was usually just lukewarm in the morning.

The hotel is budget-friendly, but overall I felt the price was slightly higher than the value offered. The location is convenient, with many popular cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay, although the breakfast selection was quite limited.

Perfect location in Ella town, staff welcomed us and we got an upgrade to our room. The room was spacious and looked lovely!

Unfortunately we didn’t have any warm or hot water during our stay in the sink and shower. It was fixed on our second morning in Ella but when we wanted to shower later that day, we still didn’t have any warm or hot water. The managers were informed and tried to find a solution.
