Location! Roku TV. Fake fireplace. Bathroom mirrors. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms a plus. Kitchen and appliances nice and convenient. Separate air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Flooring needs repaired or replaced in multiple areas and could be a safety hazard. Charged a cleaning fee yet we had to take out the garbage, run and empty the dishwasher, strip the bed linens. Couch creaking and not very comfortable. Ceiling in the one shower peeling.

It had 2 ceiling leaks… the one leaking thru the ceiling light( very hazardous) the floor was in bad shape in front of one of the bedrooms
