Great location. Everything was as listed on VRBO. No issues. Thanks for being pet friendly.

The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toliletries. the bedrooms were very comfortable and each one had its own a/c unit. The kitchen and living area was well stocked with glasses, dishes and utensils. The communication was perfect between myself and Matt. would definitely recommend this 3 bedroom unit.

Our vacation was interrupted the very first night by the air conditioner's not working properly, with one room not cooling below 82. The second day we had a repairman who indicated that this was an ongoing issue and he had been there several times. The second day water was running down the walls of all bedrooms due to the faulty air conditioners, and the third day the smoke alarms randomly were going off with no one cooking or in the house, followed by a smell of burning plastic/electrical. We asked three times to be moved to another location as there were obvious issues that were going unaddressed at this unit. The request was ignored.
