About this house rental
This two-unit beachfront property in Newport Beach offers the perfect setting for families and groups looking to enjoy a classic Southern California beach vacation. Ideally located directly on the sand with no boardwalk between you and the beach, you'll enjoy easy access to the shoreline and stunning ocean views throughout your stay.
The property consists of two separate homes—one on the ground level and one above the garage—making it an excellent choice for two families traveling together or a larger group that appreciates having a little extra space.
The front unit features a spacious beachfront patio with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and sweeping views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The upper unit also offers its own outdoor seating area and gas grill for enjoying the coastal breeze.
Each home offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The primary bedroom in each unit features a queen bed. The second bedroom in the front unit includes three twin beds, while the second bedroom in the upper unit features two twin beds, allowing up to nine guests to sleep comfortably in beds across both homes. Premium linens are provided throughout for your comfort.
Each 900-square-foot unit features an open living area with comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, an indoor dining area for four to six guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable, a shared washer and dryer located in the garage, automated keypad entry, and a starter supply of paper products and household essentials.
Each unit includes one garage parking space. Please note that the garages were built in the 1960s and accommodate most standard vehicles. If you have a larger vehicle, our Reservations Team is happy to provide garage dimensions before your arrival.

This is the second time we have rented this house and love it. The two units are perfect for our group. Separate from the bike path, but right on the beach - can't wait to go back.

We had a great weekend, the only disappointing part was the description of the property stated a fire pit on the back patio which was untrue. Also had trouble with the unstairs toilet, needs some work. Location was amazing, neighbors were friendly.
