About this house rental
Spacious contemporary home in West Newport perfectly located by the beach and the North end of the bay, Newport Island and nearby amenities. Two bifold glass wall systems connect the open living area to the outdoor patio. An open chef’s kitchen, anchored by a professional Thermador range, double refrigerator and two drawer dishwasher, large island, and a breakfast bar, is perfectly suited for a single or multi family grouping. The home features five bedrooms and three and one-half baths, with sleeping accommodations for ten guests, with two of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The upper level features a large master suite with a full ensuite bath. The fifth bedroom is studio like featuring a mini kitchen area. Rounding out this Saltwater Paradise is a charming rooftop deck to take in the ocean and harbor vistas. Close proximity to grocery, many dining options, shopping and endless activities. House does not have air conditioning.

Very nice indoor/outdoor living. Enjoyed having the bikes. Would highly recommend. The only suggestion is removing or cutting back the cactus on the front patio. Very dangerous and a few of us got stuck by it.

Great time. A few details to work on: the hot water in the upstairs shower is too hot and is difficult to adjust. Also had asked about fans but several are broken. Love the kitchen. Well stocked and good for our cooking family. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of toys for our grandkids. Thanks for the enjoyable family vacation

Great home and great location in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy and we used every bedroom we even came with infant in tow! The house was clean and had beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards! Also a great addition was the 4 beach cruisers. We had brought the children's bikes too and they rode down to Milk and Cookies while I shuttled the baby! Despite lost keys on check out day plus a few other hiccups, our host Sheila was ever so gracious to us and for that I was grateful. All in all, a successful Spring break for the kiddos!
