This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!
Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.
Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.
Upstairs unit has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living area with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen.
Large balcony is accessible from this unit, which includes a BBQ and seating area .
Washer and dryer is available
3 parking spots are available for use during your stay (2 inside garage and 1 on the side of the house).
The property is arranged to accommodate a family who enjoys time together but also appreciates privacy. Although it is considered 2 units and has a private entrance for the upstairs unit, it is also very intimate as each unit has special amenities that coordinate well with the other. The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower and the upstairs has an extra full bath making it 3 bedrooms with 4 baths.
This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

Perfect location for a wonderful stay in Newport Beach! This house fit our needs perfectly with both units being used by our family of 11. Everything was clean and well stocked and having 7 bathrooms was incredible for our big group!

Great location, just steps from the beach! The house has all the amenities and comes equipped with pool towels, beach accessories galore (no need to bring anything for your beach time). The garage fits 2 cars and closes. The washer and dryer is shared by the upstairs and downstairs units. The beds are incredibly comfortable and everything is just as the photos show. We rented both units, and the upstairs has a bit of a better lay out with a true master suite. Everything was well stocked to include most toiletries. There is also a binder with lots of great recommendations for the area. Walking distance from 2 parks, basketball court and volleyball courts and walking distance from the grocery store. A really great house!

This house was simply amazing. It was in a perfect location, and the layout was great for my whole family to be able to stay together. Tim was great at communicating and check in was super easy. We had no problems at all during our stay. The house itself was beautiful. Lots of little touches that make it feel like home. I would highly recommend staying here.
