• Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 25.
• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed.
• Parties: Parties/events are not allowed
• Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 10:00.
• No parking available.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is extremely important that you provide your ETA at least 24h in advance so that we can fully prepare for your arrival. Reception available from 8am to 8pm
• Meet & Greet Service out of hours.
• Lift access to all floors.
• Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may also be available upon request, with potential additional charges.
• Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £500 may be required to cover any incidental damages or extra cleaning.
• Party Policy:
Please note that parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of £2,000 will be applied for violations, and legal action may be taken in line with the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003.
• Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fee of £300 will be charged for any breaches to cover cleaning and deodorizing.
• Damage Policy:
Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of check-in. Guests may be held liable for any unreported damage or losses discovered after this period.
