Welcome to the Poipu Pool House, a freshly remodeled 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath retreat in the heart of Poipu. Designed in a vibrant vintage‑retro beach vibe, this home blends comfort, character, and pure island fun like no other property on Kauai.
Wake up to spectacular ocean views, including Shipwrecks Rock, Shipwrecks Beach, and the endless blue of the Pacific. At certain times of year, you can even watch dolphins, whales, and the sunrise directly over the ocean — a truly unforgettable way to start the day. And when night falls, the sky transforms into a blanket of stars; the stargazing from this home is absolutely breathtaking.
Inside, the home offers two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, and 3 queen sofa beds, giving families and groups plenty of space to relax and spread out. And for even more fun, enjoy the private pool — voted the best pool in Poipu by my friends and myself. It's 3ft in the shallow end and 8 1/2 ft in the deep end. We supply lots of fun floaties, electric pump, and 2 gas BBQ's. One BBQ is located on the front lanai and the other in the pool area.
Step outside and you’re moments from everything Poipu is famous for. Walk to Shipwrecks Beach, the Grand Hyatt, and its restaurants, or head the other direction for a 10‑minute stroll to Brennecke’s Beach, Poipu Beach Park, Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Restaurant, Puka Dog, and The Honu Bar.
A short drive brings you to all of Kauai’s favorite South Shore destinations — The Shops at Kukui‘ula, Poipu Shopping Village, Old Koloa Town, and the new Koloa Village. Shopping, dining, beaches, and adventure are all right at your fingertips.

Loved our stay. Host was available and helpful. Many special welcoming touches.. chocolate, coffee, sundries. Grat pool and stunning views. Everyone loved the vintage / chic decor. Everything bmwe needed for a comfortable stay and nightly cooking. Close to everything in poipu. Would love to return!

We greatly enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Poipu Beach House. It is a stunning property with amazing views of the ocean and the mountains. It is well located and close to beaches and restaurants. The large house is newly decorated in a beautiful, colorful retro style and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool is gorgeous: large and surrounded by a cabana and multiple lounge chairs. The host made us feel most welcome and even left gifts of cookies, chocolate and coffee. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful stay in Poipu.

We had an amazing stay at the Poipu Pool House! Everything we needed was provided, and the host was wonderful with communication from start to finish.The house truly had it all. Our family had so much fun enjoying the large pool—swimming, floating, and playing volleyball every day. There was plenty of seating around the pool, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided by the host, including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toiletries, coffee, and even chocolates. These little touches made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.The spacious living areas were perfect for our group of eight, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The view was absolutely stunning and created such a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay.We made wonderful family memories here and are already hoping to return next year. Highly recommend!
