The whole place was gorgeous and well maintained.

The green trees, wildlife (birds and lizards) and rooms were all so beautiful. The apartment we stayed in had two floors, bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and kitchen/living upstairs. It included three patio spaces and plantation shutters in all the rooms. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.

There is no A/C, which made it a bit uncomfortable with the hot muggy air. Each room did have a ceiling fan though, along with plantation shutters which helped keep a breeze going at night.

Convenient property next to the Kiahuna Plantation by Castle where we were staying. We booked this 2 bedroom condo as we needed this size for our adult children as we gathered for a family vacation.

I had contacted the property several times requesting a paid receipt. I was actually told by someone named Needa who said she was manager and I was told they don't send receipts. Also when I went to check in with my family so as to make sure all was ok when they checked in and they verified my email . I still never received a receipt.

It is far different from what it is sold

This reservation is a scam. I booked an ocean view room with additional costs and ended up in a room that had a view of a hedge and the Sheraton in front. I pointed out that I had booked an ocean view room and they told me that I had to book a front view room which unfortunately was not among the options on Booking. They offered to change the room the next day, with all the inconveniences of changing the room, with a room that still had very little view of the ocean. The third alternative was to pay an additional 125 dollars a night to go to an ocean front option: In addition, the room was dirty. The cost of 600 dollars a night is the same as that of large hotels in the same period. I am Genius 3 plus, I called customer service who did nothing to resolve the situation. In short, this place does not even remotely resemble the one proposed. I attach the photos to show the ocean view room (!) and how broken and dirty was.

Great value for the money if you are ok with having to deal with some older stuff in the apartment.

Location, gardens and beach were great. Layout of the apartment is really nice.

Improvements are needed. Old appliances, sofa bed and carpet needs an upgrade.

Barbecue and laundry facility didn't work. Repairs were promised but weren't delivered.

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Anlage direkt am Strand

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Anlage mit wunderbarem Garten direkt am schönen Strand. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto auf der Insel. Pool auf der anderen Strassenseite mit Restaurant war schön und freundlich gestaltet. Restaurants zu Fuss vis-a-vis in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. ALLE Mitarbeiter (Reception, Room Service, Gärtner etc.) waren IMMER sehr freundlich.

Die Ferienwohnung war abgewohnt und würde eine Renovierung benötigen.
