The Coach House is an award-winning countryside retreat in the Lincolnshire village of Cranwell. Beautifully converted and filled with light, it offers stylish, spacious accommodation with a private secure garden, electric gates and countryside walks from the doorstep. Dog friendly and perfectly placed for exploring historic Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire countryside.
The Space:
Converted in 2020, The Coach House won an East Midlands award for the best conversion of a single dwelling.
Inside, the bright open-plan living space is made for relaxing, with large doors opening directly onto the private garden. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area make it just as easy to settle in for the evening as it is to head out and explore.
There are two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making The Coach House a great choice for couples, families or friends travelling together.
Outside, you’ll have your own private, secure garden with plenty of space to relax, dine outside or simply enjoy the Lincolnshire countryside. Dogs are very welcome.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of The Coach House and its private secure garden. Access is through electric gates and there is ample private off-road parking. Check-in is via a key box, with arrival information sent before your stay.

The Coach House is tucked away in the Lincolnshire village of Cranwell, surrounded by open countryside and with lovely walks straight from the doorstep.
The village shop and tea room are within walking distance, with pubs and places to eat a short drive away. Historic Lincoln, with its magnificent Cathedral, Castle and Bailgate, makes a wonderful day out, while nearby Sleaford provides shops, restaurants and everyday essentials.
The Coach House is also well placed for exploring the wider Lincolnshire countryside, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some of the county’s beautiful historic houses and villages.

A car is recommended for exploring Lincolnshire, although there are countryside walks directly from the property. The Coach House has ample private off-road parking behind electric gates.

The Coach House is dog friendly and has its own private secure garden, making it particularly well suited to guests travelling with dogs.
