Cocoonr offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Monticello, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside:
- An 18 m² west-facing terrace, with a plancha to enjoy the fine weather and take your meals.
The flat is ideally located in Monticello, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
