The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 42 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool in L'Île-Rousse, about 50 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, new bedding - we're waiting for you!

- A shared swimming pool (4×12 m), unheated, fenced, childproofed and open from May 1 to September 30.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture and view of the pool to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

L'Isula "Great stay for families w. kids!
🙂 Amazing host! Any small shortage was promptly cared for, which we were very thankful for. The wonderful beach is only a few steps away and city center only a short walk. Brand new cutlery, plates, tables, chairs, etc. Big balcony with nice furniture, apartment was nicely furnished and the AC kept us cool even w. the hot weather. Though not mentioned in the summary, the apartment has a washing machine.
🙁 The appartment has been recently put for location, so a few items were missing (corkscrew, chef knife, etc), but the host was always available to adress it. Swimming pool/outside shower could be better maintained but nothing that prevented us from having a great time."
