The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 50 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view and swimming pool in the commune of L'Île-Rousse, about 50 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, new bedding - we're waiting for you!

Outside :
- A shared, fenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m) open from May 1 to September 30.
- A 7 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
