The apartment is located on the heights of Ile Rousse in a brand new building (2018) of 9 apartments. The apartment is luxury and very well equipped. You understand, this is our Paolina second home
It is very comfortable and the terrace is very large (26 m2). On the terrace table and 6 chairs and garden furniture make the living room as soon as it is good.
The town center of Ile Rousse and its shops are all close (1,5 km) but it is better to have a car because it goes up strong to return

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist etwas oberhalb in L'Ile Rousse, man hat eine tolle Aussixht von der sehr großen Terasse auf den Ort. Alles ist wie beschrieben, wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, hier hat man an ALLES gedacht. Nur Wäsche hatten wir selber dabei. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Man kann abends zu Fuß in den Ort gehen (ist aber ein recht steiler Anstieg danach von ca 20 min). Parken ist unten auch kein Problem. Der Ort ist supernett, mit vielen netten Restaurants und Cafés sowie Eisdielen. Wir haben von dort die Dörfer der Balagne besichtigt oder waren an den tollen, nahen Stränden Bodri beach und Ghjunchitu (mit dem Auto max. 10min). Im Juni hatte an den Stränden keine Beachbar offen (also selbst versorgen).aber diese sind wirklich traumhaft. Der große Leclerc Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten weg. Auch tolle Badegumpen im Fluss erreichten vorher in ca 40min.
Das Einzige, was ein bisschen störte war die schwierige Einfahrt in den zugewiesenen Parkplatz am Hang und die steile Fahrt zu dem Anwesen. Aber das ist typisch Korsika und Übung macht den Meister. Die Kommunikation mit Marjory war perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher in die tolle Wohnung!

Das Apartement ist hochwertig und modern eingerichtet.
Die Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Küste und den Ort.
Es fehlte an nichts.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
