Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in L'Île-Rousse, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view, with swimming pool, about 50 m from the beach, with a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, new bedding - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 new Queen Size double bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Mezzanine
- A dormitory area with 4 single beds (90×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared, fenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m) open from May 1ᵉʳ to September 30.
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
