About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in L'Île-Rousse, with sea views and a swimming pool, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully-fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and with brand-new bedding, we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a sofa, dining area and TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with one new queen-size double bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
On the mezzanine
- A sleeping area with 4 single beds (90×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared, unfenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m), open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in L’Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Nearest airport: Calvi, 24 km away (28 mins by car)

- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change
