Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Escape to a beautifully converted dairy in the heart of the Cotswolds, near Fairford. This charming retreat offers three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen diner perfect for gathering. Enjoy peaceful views over the lake, with abundant wildlife right on your doorstep. Step outside to a private patio with outdoor dining—ideal for relaxing mornings or sunset evenings in the countryside.
Welcome to our beautifully converted dairy, tucked away on a peaceful farm near Fairford. As you drive in and round the corner, the dairy comes into view—full of charm and countryside character.
Entering through the gate, you’ll find a lovely patio that’s a real sun trap in the summer months, complete with outdoor furniture—perfect for al fresco dining or a morning coffee.
Step through the front door and on your right is a cosy king bedroom. Directly ahead, there’s a sleek, modern walk-in shower room. To the left of the hallway, you’ll discover a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, diner, and sitting area, with comfortable seating for six and a Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring.
Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms. To the left is a twin room with two single beds. Along the hallway is a spacious king bedroom. Between the two rooms sits a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the downstairs windows, enjoy tranquil views over the lake and surrounding fields, often dotted with local wildlife—perfect for unwinding in nature.
There’s plenty to do nearby, including:
* Scenic countryside walks straight from your doorstep
* Exploring Fairford’s historic streets and pubs
* Visiting St Mary’s Church, famous for its medieval stained glass
* Local markets and independent shops
* Riverside walks along the River Coln
* Easy access to other Cotswold villages and attractions

Travel cot and high chair on request. 1 well behaved dog on request. Dogs must stay downstairs only please.
