Only had one outside balcony chair. Had to ask for a second one on two occasions

Excellent location. Excellent facilities
We had a corner room that only looked at a wall from our balcony. So ideally next time I would like a bit of a view if possible. Thank you

This hotel has an Ethos of pay extra for every thing. So the prices you see for instance Booking.com are tge base price and then add add add for breakfast, change towels, a view, swim cleaning etc If certain facilities are advertised they should be available without extortionate rates eg swimming per person Breakfast £15 pp and a lake view £60 per night per apartment
