Set on the fringes of the market town of Fairford and close to the Cotswolds National Landscape, this stylish property offers a wonderful base to families and groups of friends. With the River Coln joining the Thames in nearby Lechlade (5 miles), and the Cotswold Lakes just 7.5 miles away, outdoor enthusiasts and water sport lovers are spoiled for adventure possibilities. Fairford’s historic centre is just under a mile away; stroll into town to uncover its heritage – it still boasts a town crier to announce the market on the first Wednesday of each month. If you’re visiting in July, the town plays host to the annual Royal International Air Tattoo, while the Fairford Steam and Vintage Show in August is always a hit. Walkers will love the wealth of nearby trails; wildlife spotters will particularly enjoy a day spent exploring The Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens (9 miles).
