A Comfortable North Sea Vacation with a Large Garden!
Welcome to “Haus am Meer” on Langeoog. In our high-quality, modern “Therese Vacation Apartment,” you’ll enjoy a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Just a short walk (about 15 minutes) and you’re at the North Sea!
The apartment is approximately 70 m², accommodates up to four people, and has a separate entrance. Modern furnishings, large windows, and decor with an eye for detail create a very warm and bright atmosphere.
After a bike ride or a day at the beach, the light-filled living area with a couch, armchair, and dining nook invites you to spend cozy hours with your family.
You can easily prepare your vacation breakfast, snacks for an outing, or dinner in the separate kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, and coffee maker.
Two comfortable bedrooms offer you a pleasant retreat. One of the rooms is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (100 x 200 cm each). You can store your vacation wardrobe in the spacious closets.
The large, modern bathroom, featuring a wide sink, shower, and toilet, as well as a large mirror, towel warmer, and hair dryer, ensures additional comfort.
The “Haus am Meer” features a generously sized communal garden with lovely nooks. There, you can start your day with a hearty breakfast or wind down the evening with a barbecue and a good glass of wine. With permission from the WFV, you may use the property’s charcoal grill at any time.
Pets are welcome. You’re welcome to bring your dog (max. 2).

Whether in the first rays of spring sunshine, on hot days at the beach, or during the golden autumn and winter months—you’ll enjoy a dream vacation on Langeoog!
The “Haus am Meer” is located in a central spot close to the beach, on the outskirts of Langeoog’s town center. The surrounding meadows exude a sense of peace and tranquility the moment you arrive. Small dirt paths at the edge of the meadows invite you to take walks in every season. After just a 15-minute walk (4-minute bike ride), you’ll reach the long, white main beach, where you can take leisurely strolls, build sandcastles, or swim in the sea. Areas patrolled by the DLRG guarantee a safe swimming experience.
The island center, which you can reach in just about 10 minutes on foot (2 minutes by bike), invites you to enjoy a leisurely vacation stroll with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants. A few blocks away from the house, there’s a large playground for our younger guests.
In addition to comfortable, modern apartments, the “Haus am Meer” offers you a property spanning approximately 1,000 m². The lovingly landscaped garden, with its cozy nooks, is a tranquil spot for playing or for quiet moments with a good book. The on-site grill is available for use by every apartment. Our garden nooks invite you to enjoy, for example, a hearty breakfast or a cozy barbecue evening.
