The builder of the house, Heinrich Wissmann, after the war, when there were hardly any jobs on Langeoog, found his livelihood in finding stones from the mud flats (so-called "shotguns"), which were then used for bank protection were installed at the port. Through his work he has been nicknamed "Hein Flint". Later, Mr. Wissmann made his captain's license and offered his own ship excursions for island guests. The house is located in a quiet side street, a short walk from the center. The house has apartments and duplex apartments with garden. Apartments with private terraces have its own beach chair available.
