Enjoy Warnemünde! Villa "Lipsia" was completely modernized in 2005 and restored to its original seaside resort architectural style. It is located right on the Warnemünde promenade. The Baltic Sea beach, bus stop, and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away. At Villa “Lipsia,” the exclusive “Sternenblick” duplex apartment—refurbished in 2026—is available for rent. Dear guests, welcome to Villa Lipsia! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The exclusive “Sternenblick” vacation apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with high-quality furnishings. You can easily reach the apartment via the building’s elevator (please note: there are steps leading to the elevator and from the elevator to the apartment). It spans the 1st and 2nd attic floors (access via stairs) and features a living room with a seating area and an adjacent relaxation area with an electric fireplace and a stunning view, free Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line built-in kitchen with all the bells and whistles, 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer and washing machine (1 bathroom also has a tub), and 2 balconies with magnificent ocean views (please note that one balcony is divided into two sections and has no fixed partition separating it from the neighboring apartment), with a living area of approximately 120 square meters. The built-in kitchen features an electric stove with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the sea from the dining table. The apartment has hardwood floors and is not wheelchair-accessible (there are steps and thresholds inside the apartment).
One parking space is available free of charge in the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
