The old beach villa “Undine,” located right on the Warnemünde promenade, was completely renovated in the 1990s. The beach entrance is directly across the street. The “Meerzeit” vacation rental, featuring high-end amenities, 2 balconies, and a stunning ocean view.... A dream come true!
Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a high-quality, fully furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located right on the Warnemünde promenade, the old beach villa “Undine” was completely modernized in the 1990s. The beach access is directly across the street. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The exclusive “Meerzeit” vacation apartment on the 2nd floor features a large living room with a dining table, TV/radio/DVD player, and a cozy electric fireplace, free Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (2.TV,: A travel crib for children without a mattress or bedding, as well as a high chair, are available), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a spa-style bathroom with a bathtub/whirlpool, a high-end shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer, as well as a separate guest restroom. In the small storage room, you’ll find a washer/dryer. There are also 2 balconies with stunning ocean views.
The built-in kitchen features a stove with a ceramic cooktop combined with a grill, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with an ice maker. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, provided. The apartment features tile and marble floors throughout and is reserved for non-smokers. A private parking space in the building is available free of charge.
You can easily reach your vacation apartment via the building’s elevator (not wheelchair accessible).
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
You can also rent our “Caroline” and “Achterdeck” vacation apartments in the same building.
Restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is right around the corner.
