"Point de vue" Vacation Home, Near the Beach

Right across from the Warnemünde cruise terminal, our family-friendly vacation home “Viewpoint” awaits you—a place where up to 6 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation. Private, free parking space right at the house. Just a few minutes’ walk from the wide Baltic Sea beach and the new marina. Sailing, fishing, golf… Warnemünde has something for everyone. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
You can experience the splendor of life when you choose to spend your vacation in our “Viewpoint” vacation home in Hohe Düne. Our vacation home was completed in late 2017 and boasts a prime location on the Warnow River. Right where cruise ships and the Hohe Düne ferry meet, our vacation home awaits you. Many attractions are within walking distance, such as the sandy beach—just a 4-minute walk away. You can spend a full day at the beach or perhaps take a leisurely stroll along the shore toward Markgrafenheide. Or you can simply take the ferry across to Warnemünde. From there, you can take public transportation to Rostock or simply stay in Warnemünde. Here, too, the long, wide sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing—or you can enjoy the many restaurants, bars, and shops that will keep you entertained all day.

This light-filled house spans 110 square meters and accommodates 6 people. On the first floor, there is an open entryway, a bedroom, a large bathroom, and a spacious living and dining room with a state-of-the-art integrated kitchen (TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi). This area is perfect for cooking together and relaxing. Upstairs, there is another bathroom and two additional bedrooms. All rooms offer a wonderful view of the Warnow River. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and radio/alarm clock (hotel standard). To ensure you have a comfortable and restful night’s sleep, we’ve chosen box-spring beds.
You can park your car for free on the enclosed property. The large, inviting garden invites you to perhaps say “Goodbye—Ahoy!” to the cruise ships in the evening while enjoying a cozy get-together. We would be delighted if you enjoyed your break from everyday stress here at “Viewpoint.”
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house. Be sure to take advantage of the wonderful wellness and beauty offerings at the Yachthafenresidenz.

The initial supply for the house includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults ages 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:

- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
