Located in Palm Desert, this charming house offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, there’s plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms include showers and hair dryers for convenience. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it perfect year-round. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like an iron to keep clothes fresh. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this marvelous home provides a fantastic base. The space
Bright open layout with high ceilings, a gas fireplace, sectional sofa, and big-screen TV. The chef's kitchen has quartz countertops and a dining table for six. Step out to a covered patio that stays shaded through the afternoon — perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or working with a view.

Bedroom 1 — King bed
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed
2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers
The community
Gated, quiet, and well-kept. Three heated pools, a hot tub, and tennis + pickleball courts are a short walk from the front door. Plenty of free parking.
Guest access
You'll have full private access to the entire condo and patio. As our guest, you also have unlimited access to the community amenities: three heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Self check-in via smart lock — we'll send the code the morning of your arrival.
Other things to note
The desert sun is intense from June through September — A/C is included and runs efficiently, but we ask guests to keep doors closed when it's running. The community is quiet after 10 PM (HOA rule), so this isn't the right spot for parties or events. We're available by message anytime if anything comes up.
