This condo home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a attached 2 car garage and a spacious gated courtyard. The AC and furnace have been recently replaced as have the kitchen appliances. The east facing patio affords unbelievable golf course, lake and mountain views. The Oasis Country Club is one of the best kept secrets in Palm Desert. This community owns the golf course and clubhouse. It is self managed with the HOA onsite. Some of the amenities include fine and causal dining at the clubhouse, 18 hole golf Beautiful one-story Condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Palm Desert. The house was very clean and comfortable and was in a fabulous location. The house is located on the 13th hole of the Oasis Country Club, a vibrant welcoming community with fantastic amenities that include swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis court, pickleball courts, driving range, putting green and course, and an absolutely beautiful par 60 golf course. The home has a lovely patio where you can enjoy the views and warm weather. The host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time staying here! We especially enjoyed the large patio with a spectacular view of the thirteenth fairway. The house is on a corner lot which gives you a little private lawn on one side and a rock garden with a golf course pond and fountain in the front. The owners were pet friendly renters and we were able to bring our golden retriever along with us. The back patio has a short wall which allowed us to always have our pet out there with us. The owners were responsive to our questions and kept us informed of the events going on at The Oasis. We would stay again.
