Gorgeous fully furnished single story large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, on the 10th fairway of the Palm Desert Country Club. House has been recently updated with new flooring throughout, furniture, updated fireplace, newer kitchen appliances, cabinets, countertops and backsplash, new linens, towels, furniture, windows and treatments, refrigerator, microwave, gas range, dishwasher, flat screen TV's and beautiful desert landscaping. Private salt water, PebbleTec pool and spa with south exposure guarantees you maximum fun in the sun. The north facing patio off of the living and dining rooms offers expansive golf course views, gas BBQ, ceiling fans, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and a new propane fire pit for your evening relaxation. Two bicycle's with helmets and two sets of golf clubs are available for guests to use.
Access to Clubhouse, Clubhouse Restaurant and Golf Pro Shop are open to renters. Weekly live music within walking distance at the clubhouse. Close proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Facility, plentiful restaurants and shopping in Palm Desert and La Quinta.
Glory Restored at Palm Desert Country Club. Over the last few years Palm Desert Country Club has spent over 10 Million dollars renovating the golf course and clubhouse. This former host of the Hope for Tomorrow Golf Tournament (past winners include Tom Kite and John Cook) has completed its return to glory. The Golf Course was originally designed by Billy Bell Jr. in 1962 and has been completely redesigned by Cary Bickler (including the 9 hole executive course); Don’t let the 6,400 yards on the scorecard fool you, this course has some strategically placed bunkers and new water hazards that keeps even the longest of hitters honest. The breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains are as good as any that you will find in the desert. The look and the feel of the 13,000 square foot clubhouse definitely represent the surrounding community of over 1,800 homes on Avenue of the States. Live music is provided at the walking distance clubhouse on Friday & Saturday nights during the season.

Kate and Paul are wonderful hosts.The house is always in good shape with many upgrades every year.Everything is taken care of from the pool to garden to BBQ.All your needs are well thought out.Always happy to get there and sad to leave.

From the moment we arrived, we knew the Heuvel property would be a perfect location for our hiking adventures. Paul was an understanding and attentive host and we look forward to returning next year.

Upon arriving at the property the property manager, Al was trimming roses, bringing in the trash cans and washing down the outdoor furniture which had very comfy Sunbrella cushions. The pool man, Fernando arrived later, (he's cleans twice a week) and explained how the control panel in the kitchen worked and we were delighted in the overall comfort of the grounds. We spent time at the fire pit,(the owner had a welcome book detailing how everything functioned), grilled on the patio overlooking the golf course and put incredible meals on the table from the granite and tiled kitchen. All the appliances performed as expected and the stock of spices, oils and utensils were outstanding.Never have I experienced such generous toiletries. It felt like we was truly living in a home. The owner text to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.The layout of the house was ideal and with the abundance of space we could spread out to read, sit in front of the living room fireplace to watch TV or take an evening dip in the pool without crowding each other. There was an Albertson's grocery nearby to dash to last minute. I stay several times a year through VRBO or a similar company and this house scored a perfect 10! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
