We rented this home for two months - Feb and March, The owner (Donna) was very accommodating as to early check in. The area is great with easy access to shopping, golf and restaurants. The home was fairly clean and nicely decorated. The windows could use a cleaning. The back yard is the highlight of the home Beautiful large pool/hot tub.The yard is nicely laid out and very inviting. The cushions on the patio furniture were not in very good shape and need to be replaced. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were fine. The bathroom linens could use a bit of enhancement, There were no hand towels. The kitchen was well equipped (I loved the air fryer) and was sufficient for our needs. It would be useful to provide more dishes and cutlery. There were just enough plates and cutlery to serve 6 people. Although the description on VRBO mentions that cable TV is provided, that was not the case. Communication with the owner was usually very good, but with her living in a different city, some of the issues were unable to be resolved. There were no instructions as to how to control the heat of the hot tub and pool. An Instruction sheet would have been very helpful. The pool guy came twice a week, but he came so early in the morning (6:30 am), we never did catch him. The garage remote control was missing-apparently the previous renters left with it. The ad mentions that the home accommodates 8 people, but it only sleeps 6.
