Check in, communication throughout stay was easy. House is easy to live in. Great central location. Back yard is private. Great morning sun on back patio and living area. Appliances were all good as well as kitchen supplies.Big win is house doesn’t have any odor which I’m very sensitive of. It was surface clean but needed deep cleaning in areas and some painting done. Bed and bath linens could use upgrading. Pool, hot tub are for general public and drive. Garage door wouldn’t close with opener, would only open. I’m sure that will be addressed soon.

We were very highly pleased with our stay in the house. The host was very helpful and clear in all instructions. The house itself is in a quiet location with quick access to Palm Desert, Ranch Mirage and the I-10 freeway. The house itself is in excellent condition and we experienced no problems at all. We highly recommend this host and this home for future stays.

As the previous reviewer noted, the house is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to everything Palm Desert has to offer. Located within minutes of a wonderful soccer park/walking area, it is ideal for pets. However, it is difficult to understand how anyone could have said this house is in excellent condition. It shows significant wear and tear and is in need of maintenance and some deep cleaning and repair. We had problems with the house door locks and the overhead garage door. The host was always quick to respond to any questions, and we have brought these issues to his attention.
