Located in the popular Laguna De Lapaz Community. 5-acre lake, 2 paddle boats, 5 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, fitness center, clubhouse with 60" TV, pool table, and professional kitchen.
Newly Updated large nicely decorated spacious Home with views of surrounding mountains. Furnished Patio with grill.
Property Features an Upgraded Corian counters with Breakfast nook, Laundry, built-in bar, dining and living room with ample seating, freshly painted walls, tile floors throughout.
Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishware. Kitchen installed with instant hot water.
All bedrooms have smart TVs.
Dogs may be welcome based on submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- 2 small dogs only.
Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.
Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.
On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guests' experiences and do a property review.

I stayed here for a few months due to a job relocation. Everything that you could need was there. I especially like the dog walking path around the lake and the close pool. Great communication and response from the property manager! Would highly recommend!!

Property was lovely. Probably the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. Garrett was available whenever we needed him. Laguna de La Paz is a beautiful community.
