Casa Capri is a newly updated, three-bedroom, two-bath home that is equipped with all of the amenities you need for an enjoyable extended stay.
If you value walkability, this is the ideal home for you! This home is in THE perfect location to walk to all the great restaurants, shops, park and activities.
The Space:
Inside, you’ll discover a warm, inviting atmosphere with rustic wood accents, elegant Italian-inspired décor, and all the modern amenities you need. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up a delicious home cooked meal. This home has everything you need for your extended stay!
Location Perks:
You’re just a short, easy stroll from the delightful restaurants and charming shops of Old Town La Quinta. Plus, you’ll find a beautiful park right across the street, as well as a Wellness Center with a full gym + fitness classes for those who like to stay active even while on vacation. 5 min drive to the Silver Rock Golf Course, the Polo Fields and Indian Wells Tennis Center!
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to your private and cozy backyard and you’ll find a peaceful oasis. Lounge by the pool, grill up a juicy burger under the sun, or cozy up around the fire pit while watching the sun set behind the majestic mountain tops.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Master bedroom- King bed + en suite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 - Queen bed + in room door to main bathroom
Guest bedroom #2- Two single beds
Parking:
Garage parking available for 1 car and/or driveway parking for two cars. There is also plenty of street parking.
Pool/Spa Heating:
Pool and/or spa heating is an available option for an extra fee. Pool heating (includes spa) is $75 per day and spa only is $35 per day (4 hour max). For guests who desire more frequent pool/spa heating during your stay, you may pay based on your actual gas consumption based on the gas meter reading via the gas utility bill.
Dogs:
We are pet friendly! We welcome dogs up to 50 pounds. We require a $150 pet deposit and if no additional pet related cleaning (or damage) is needed after your check out, then $100 will be refunded, and $50 goes towards your pet's stay.
