The beautiful and large living room has a relaxing comfy sectional and features tile fireplace; off of the living room is a bonus den/office space with a work desk. Hidden Palms is a guard-gated friendly community that offers 4 Pools/Spas, Tennis, and Pickle Ball! For your convenience, there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home. High-speed WiFi and Cable throughout. Two-Car garage.

Main Bedroom: King Bed, 2-night stands, Dresser 55 inch Smart TV with Spectrum Cable app, Walk-In Closet, En-Suite Bath with 2 sinks and walk-in Shower, Main walks out onto back patio area. Guest Bedroom features: Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, Dresser, Large closet. Guest bedroom #2 Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, Large closet, ceiling fan. Both Guest Bed 1 & 2 share a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination.
OUTDOORS
The backyard offers a six-person fire feature for the cooler months. Outdoor dining table seats six people for al fresco dining under the patio cover. Nearest Community pool and spa are located 150 feet away. The gated community features three tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, and four pools throughout the community.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, small dogs under 35 pounds are considered with photo approval and a $250 pet fee, and no parties or festival guests. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

Well managed. Tastefully updated. Nice patio and lots of space. There is a pool across the street. Unit was stocked with everything we needed for a 4 week stay. We will stay here again.

Our stay in Palm Desert within the Hidden Palms gated community was wonderful. House was very comfortable with everything needed for our month- long stay. Beautiful view of mountains from patio. Lots of activities in the area such as hiking, golf, pool and pickle ball. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Every possible amenity was thought of and offered by our hosts. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance, and we were not in need of anything. The unit was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Everything was well laid out and clean. The beds were amazing and so comfortable. The addition of bikes to use was excellent as one of the main reasons we booked this place was its location and proximity to some local spots we enjoy visiting. Highly recommend this property and you will not be disappointed if you stay :) Thank you again for a lovely holiday.
