OUTDOOR SPACE
Float in the pool under the desert sun. Swim with your loved ones. Enjoy dining al fresco under the covered patio with your family or friends. The outdoor dining table provides ample seating for 6 guests. A three-burner built-in BBQ is perfect for those who like to grill.. Read a book and relax on one of the four chaise lounges.
INDOOR SPACE
The interior of the home exudes warmth with its vibrant colors of wood and stone. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space, fully stocked with everything needed for meal preparation, along with modern appliances. The living room and kitchen seamlessly connect to the backyard through two doors. The living room offers ample seating and features a 60-inch Smart TV with cable service and access to streaming apps. To the north of the kitchen, you'll find two guest bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. The property also includes a washer and dryer, as well as covered parking for one vehicles.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main guest bedrooms are equipped with king bed, ceiling fan, closet space, and patio access, along with a 50-inch Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms featuring a queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet, a 42-inch Smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
RULES
The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, no parties. Pool Heat is not included. For the cancellation policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.
PETS
This home allows one dog, no more than 35 pounds. The pet fee is $250.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming mid-century gem.
From the moment I walked in, it just felt right—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The welcome gift was such a sweet surprise and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The beds were hotel-quality, the WiFi was fast, and the house had everything I needed for a relaxing month in the desert. The pool was spotless and perfect for a daily swim, and I got such a kick out of playing ping pong every afternoon. Evenings by the outdoor fireplace with a glass of wine and a sky full of stars? Absolute heaven.
The mountain views are stunning, and the neighborhood is peaceful but still incredibly central. I walked to El Paseo often for coffee, dinner, and shopping. There are great hiking trails nearby, but honestly, just walking through the neighborhood and admiring all the architecture was a treat in itself.
Sprouts, Albertsons, and amazing local restaurants are just minutes away—it couldn’t be more convenient. And the way this home is designed? Warm, stylish, and full of personality. I would buy it if I could.
If you're looking for a place that feels like your own desert hideaway, this is the one. I’m already planning my next trip back.

This home is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found something special. It’s bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a truly comfortable long-term stay.
The private pool became our daily ritual—coffee in the mornings, dips in the afternoon, and dinner outside as the sun went down, overlooking the beautiful mountain views. The outdoor space is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing or working outside.
Inside, everything is dialed in. The WiFi is fast and reliable, the beds are seriously comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for anyone staying longer than a weekend. Every detail—smart TVs, washer/dryer, great A/C, easy parking—made it feel like home from day one.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes from El Paseo shopping, top golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants, and groceries. Super convenient but never noisy or crowded.
If you're looking for a monthly rental in Palm Desert that’s stylish, stress-free, and exactly what it promises—book this place.
