Ideally designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it boasts generous living space and plenty of natural light.
Surrounded by a large, carefully landscaped garden, the property also boasts a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for making the most of sunny days in a peaceful, privileged setting.

The villa opens onto a beautiful entrance hall leading to the living areas on one side and the first sleeping area on the other.
- A vast living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen
- A comfortable lounge area with sofa and television
- A dining area with a convivial table
- A relaxation area with a large sofa, television and table football
- A first bedroom en suite with double bed (140x190) and access to the balcony
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC
First floor:
- A full bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin
- A second bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A third bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A fourth bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A dressing room
- A second bathroom with bath and washbasin
