The lower level of the house is a second independent dwelling, it has its entrance and its private garden without vis-à-vis on the rented level, this accommodations are occupied all year round.

The Etxecosy House is located in a quiet residential area, about 2km from the center of the small village of Bidart and its pretty beaches, traditional Basque style you will enjoy its animations, traditional markets.
Several golf courses near the house. All shops are nearby, Intermarché and Lidl supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery. A nice 2.5 km cycle and pedestrian path allows you to walk or bike to the beach in 10 minutes.
A nice cycle and pedestrian path that is part of the house towards the beach of Uhabia, located 2.5 km away.
We can take care of renting the electric bikes for you so that they are available in the house when you arrive.
A shuttle bus to the central beach of Bidart passes just below the house, stop Hiri-Artea.
Biarritz airport is 5 km away and the A63 motorway access is 2.5 km away.
A shuttle bus a few meters from the house takes you directly to the Biarritz SNCF train station.
