As soon as you arrive at Villa Beherena, you will be surprised by its magnificent 80m2 terrace, its private swimming pool and its 700m2 garden surrounded by greenery. You can enjoy all the amenities outside with its deckchairs, its garden table (accommodating up to 16 guests), its barbecue, its plancha, its swimming pool (with automatic cleaning) and its outdoor hot shower!
Inside, you enter the very bright, open and friendly living room of 70m2. You will find the spacious living room with its two sofas and its designer fireplace. It is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and a wifi connection. You then access the dining room open to the American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with new and state-of-the-art appliances (ceramic hob, oven, built-in hood, washing machine, dishes, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.) The convivial dining room can seat up to 20 guests thanks to its large table.
Continuation of the visit on the ground floor with its 3 double bedrooms (3 double beds in 160cm) equipped with dressing room and French windows opening onto the terrace or the garden, 1 children's bedroom with 2x two bunk beds, 2 spacious bathrooms, 1 with shower Italian style, 1 with bath and 2 toilets.
Upstairs, a large room with 6 single beds, 1 bathroom and WC.
Outside, there are parking spaces close to the villa.
Located in the heart of the village of Guéthary, near the Church, the villa is surrounded by both delicious and sublime restaurants (Madrid, Bahia, L'heteroclito, Les Frères Ibarboures, etc.), and all the amenities in proximity (bread, newspapers, grocery, pharmacy, etc.)
The village of Guéthary offers direct access to the most beautiful surf spots on the coast (Parlementia, Alcyons, Avalanche and Cénitz) as well as to small unspoiled beaches. It is also the start of magnificent hikes along the coastal path overlooking the ocean, and of numerous golf courses known for their beauty and notoriety.
If you decide to take your car, the cities of Biarritz 5 km north and Saint Jean de Luz 5 km south offer you their splendors. A few more kilometers to the North and it's Bayonne then the great beaches of the Landes. To the south is Hendaye and Spain with San Sebastian only 30 minutes' drive away. Without forgetting, a few kilometers inland, the magnificent hinterland of the Basque Country, the villages of Espelette, Aïnoha, Saint Jean Pied de Port, Sare, Bidarray, and many others at the foot of the Pyrenees.
